Donations are 100% tax-deductible as gifts to a 501(c)(3) public charity.
The Foundation will always be operated in a way which would make Cliff proud.

As noted on the Cliff's Music page, a 16-song music CD of "The Best of Cliff Kaminsky" is available to anybody who donates $100 or more to the Foundation.  Please contact us after you make your donation (especially if you do not use a check and the pre-printed form available below) so we can send the CD.

As described on the "About Us" page, the Cliff Kaminsky Memorial Foundation is housed under the Community Foundation of Boulder, Colorado.  The Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, collects the funds.  Decisions about the use of funds are made by Cliff's family (subject to Community Foundation supervision only to the extent of ensuring that all uses of Foundation money are legal and charitable.)
